The Conservatorium Hotel?s restaurant serves up an extensive menu of far Eastern delicacies, prepared using both fresh, local produce and exclusive, imported ingredients.
North sea fish, wagyu beef
Menu and decoration are the result of a concept carefully devised by chef Schilo van Coevorden, who has travelled and trained extensively in the far East. The combination of local produce and Asian flavours leads to an entirely new approach to the slightly tired `fusion' concept. Diners overwhelmed by the wide choice on the menu can settle for a four-course or an eight-course set menu for around &euro:75 and a little under &euro:100, respectively.
