On the northern bank of the River IJ, De IJ-keuken is where Tinda van Smoorenburg hosts dinner parties for guests in her living room restaurant. Reservations are a must - just four days prior to your visit - and guests can request a certain cuisine or be surprised.

Culinary events
It&rsquo:s &euro:45 for four courses, and Tinda cooks for 10 to 20 people. When inspired, Tinda also organises special culinary events from time to time either in the kitchen or elsewhere in Amsterdam.
